The “Women Increasing Numbers” (WIN) campaign will mobilize thousands of women to deliver victories for Winsome Sears and Jack Ciattarelli. This partnership recognizes what we’ve always known: Republican women are the driving force behind electoral success.

The timing is perfect. With Democratic approval ratings at their lowest point in over three decades, we have a unique opportunity to deliver Republican victories in both gubernatorial races and down-ballot contests.

WIN will mobilize thousands of our members nationwide, deploying trained grassroots teams across Virginia and New Jersey for comprehensive voter engagement—from registration drives to poll watching to aggressive get-out-the-vote operations.

This joint campaign shows the RNC’s confidence in NFRW to deliver results. Republican women have repeatedly proven our effectiveness in election integrity and voter mobilization efforts. RNC Co-Chair KC Crosbie, our NFRW sister from Kentucky, recognizes the unique value Republican women bring to every election and championed this partnership.
